Note: Road bike fittings (3-4hours) take place before/after shop hours.

How to shop at Redbeard

I’d like to buy a custom bike. / I’d like to get a bike fitting.

We are once again scheduling bike fittings. Please email hi@redbeardbikes.com, or use the “Schedule A Bike Fit” form on our website.

I need a tune-up. / My bike needs service.

Due to high demand, our lead times are longer than in years past. As of July 28, 2020, we are scheduling for October and beyond.

If your bike needs immediate attention, you may want to reach out to other local shops.

May I use your pump?

You may use our pump during shop hours (see above).
Please wave to us when you arrive and make a pumping sign! We’ll pass the pump to you.

I’d like to buy a pump to use at home.

We like and stock the Specialized Air Tool Comp floor pump. It works for both Presta and Schrader valves.
Please order ahead on our webstore for no-contact pick-up.

Do you sell kids’ bikes?

We don’t stock kids’ bikes. If a bike is available on the Specialized or Early Rider website, we can order it for you. Unfortunately, pretty much all kids’ bikes are sold out right now nationwide.

I placed a web order. When will you ship it?

We do our best to ship web orders within 48 hours. In some cases it may take longer, but we’ll try to email you within 48 hours.
If you’re willing and able, please pick up your order curbside, in many cases that will be faster than USPS. Choose “Local Pick-up” at checkout.
