You know that triumphant feeling when you fix something on your bike for the first time?!

We met @samwayexplores back in 2021 when she booked a bike fitting with us. Ilya made changes to her Trek Domane to help her ride comfortably and efficiently.

Soon after, Sam bought a secondhand Surly Pack Rack at Redbeard.
