Kissena is the only velodrome left in all of New York State.

“This was built in ’63, I believe, for the Olympic trials, which took place here in ’64, and we’ve been running races out here ever since.”

The Twilight Series at Kissena happens most Wednesdays April through August. Pack a picnic and come out to a race! Check the Redbeard Racing page for race dates and times.
